Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Legal Intern role based in Agra. The Legal Intern will assist with reviewing and drafting loan-related legal documents, including agreements, notices, and client correspondence. Daily responsibilities include conducting basic legal research on applicable laws and regulations, supporting legal consulting activities under supervision, and helping identify and summarize key legal issues in client matters. The intern will maintain organized case files, update internal records, and communicate clearly with team members to ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up. The role offers hands-on experience in loan-related legal work and the opportunity to learn from experienced legal professionals.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law and ability to understand and apply legal principles.
- Experience or coursework related to Legal Consulting and handling Legal Issues.
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and client interactions.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LLB or equivalent).
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple tasks responsibly.
- Proficiency with basic office software and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Agra and collaborate respectfully within a diverse team environment.
