Role Description
This is a full-time online role for a Legal Intern. The Legal Interns will assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing support on legal compliance and consulting projects. Responsibilities include engaging in communication with clients and stakeholders, understanding legal frameworks, and supporting the team in resolving various legal issues for clients. This role offers hands-on experience in foundational legal processes for business enterprises.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Law and Legal Issues
- Experience in Legal Consulting and providing actionable solutions
- Proven skills in preparing and reviewing Legal Documentation
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Law or qualification from a recognized law institute (pursuing or completed)
- Familiarity with legal processes related to startups and business compliance is an advantage
