Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Legal Intern at Kosen Law. The Legal Intern will assist with legal research, analysis of case law and statutes, and preparation of legal memoranda and reports. Daily responsibilities include supporting legal document preparation, such as drafting and reviewing contracts, briefs, and other legal documentation under supervision. The intern will help identify and summarize key legal issues in client matters, support legal consulting projects, and contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives. The role also involves clear written and verbal communication with supervising attorneys and collaboration with team members across different matters and time zones.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Law and comfort working with diverse Legal Issues.
- Ability to support Legal Consulting matters, including research-based advisory work and matter coordination.
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and other legal documents.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear, structured legal analysis and team collaboration.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfort with legal research tools and productivity software; prior experience with cross-border or commercial matters is an advantage.
