Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Intern, located in Mumbai. The Legal Intern will assist in conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. They will also provide support in handling legal consultations, addressing legal issues, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding legal matters.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Law and ability to identify and address Legal Issues
- Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
- Strong Communication skills essential for working with stakeholders on legal matters
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software is a plus
- Familiarity with corporate or IT industry legal frameworks is advantageous
