Position Title: Legal Intern – UAE Taxation
Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi

Role Overview
AMRG & Associates is seeking a motivated Legal Intern to support its UAE Tax Advisory Practice. The role is research-intensive and drafting-oriented, offering exposure to UAE VAT and Corporate Tax frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in legal and technical research on:
- UAE VAT Law and Executive Regulations
- UAE Corporate Tax Law
- Free Zone taxation provisions
- FTA Guides, Public Clarifications, and Cabinet Decisions
- Support drafting of:
- Internal research notes
- Technical summaries
- Client responses and presentations
- Track regulatory updates, amendments, and notifications
- Assist in maintaining internal research repositories and knowledge databases
Required Skills
- Strong written English and legal drafting ability
- Interest in taxation and regulatory laws
- Analytical and interpretational skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
Qualification
- Pursuing Graduation / LLB
