Inviting applications from motivated law students and recent graduates for paid Legal internship in Vile Parle East, Mumbai.
About the Practice:
I appear before the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay, City Civil and JMFC Courts . My practice spans real estate and cooperative housing society law, deemed conveyance under MOFA, criminal defence, writ petitions, testamentary and probate matters, GST litigation, and PIL matters
What You Will Work On:
• Drafting of pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal notices
• Legal research across constitutional, civil, criminal, and commercial law
• Assistance in writ petitions before the Bombay High Court and other court matters
• Real estate documentation and due diligence
• Court appearances and briefing support
Who Should Apply:
• Students from recognised law schools (3-year or 5-year LLB programmes)
• Candidates with a genuine interest in litigation, not just academic credit
• Those who are self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English
Stipend:
Paid commensurate with competency and quality of work.
