Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Head located in Noida. The Legal Head will be responsible for advising on legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, managing legal issues, preparing legal documents, and providing legal consulting to support strategic and operational goals. They will also liaise with external legal counsel, oversee risk management, and develop internal legal frameworks and policies to safeguard the organization.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law and Legal Compliance
- Demonstrated experience in Legal Consulting and addressing Legal Issues
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and understanding of regulatory requirements
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and risk management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB or LLM)
- Experience in the travel industry or handling corporate legal matters is advantageous
