Job Title: Legal Executive
Location: Noida Sec 60
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Employment Type: Full-time || 5.5 Days from Office Only (NO WFH/ NO Hybrid / NO Cabs)
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, Labour laws , regulations, and internal policies
- Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities for routine legal matters and hearings
- Coordinate with external counsel for litigation matters and assist in case strategy, documentation, and follow-ups
- Prepare legal notices, replies, affidavits, and other litigation-related documents
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on corporate legal issues
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and manage legal documentation and contract databases
- Support due diligence processes
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise accordingly
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB)
- 2+ years of experience in corporate law and basic litigation exposure
- Experience in handling court matters and liaising with advocates
- Strong understanding of corporate legal frameworks and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience in contract lifecycle management
- Familiarity with regulatory filings and corporate governance practices
- Exposure to both corporate advisory and litigation work
- Experience appearing before courts/tribunals is an advantage
