Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Legal Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Legal Executive will manage legal documentation, review contracts and agreements, ensure regulatory and legal compliance, and offer expert legal advice to support company operations. The role also entails liaising with external counsel, staying updated on relevant legal developments, and assisting in managing risks and legal disputes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation techniques
• Strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements
• Ability to conduct legal research and provide actionable advice
• Detail-oriented with advanced proofreading and editing skills
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
• Proactive approach in managing legal and reputational risks
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); additional qualifications in corporate law are a plus
• Experience in the fintech industry or a dynamic corporate environment is advantageous
