Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Liaison Officer / Legal Executive to manage legal documentation, regulatory coordination, and compliance activities. The role involves drafting and vetting contracts, liaising with government authorities, and supporting litigation and compliance processes.
Preference will be given to local candidates based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and vet contracts including NDAs, job work agreements, and commercial agreements
- Liaise with government authorities for licenses, approvals, and renewals
- Ensure compliance with Labour laws, Contract law, Banking laws, IPR, and other statutory regulations
- Handle regulatory filings with local, state, and central authorities
- Maintain legal records, documentation, and compliance registers
- Review banking documents such as mortgage deeds, loan agreements, and guarantees
- Monitor legal updates and ensure timely compliance with regulatory changes
- Coordinate with external legal counsel for litigation, notices, and dispute handling
- Prepare documentation and evidence for legal proceedings

Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in legal drafting, compliance, and liaisoning
