Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Chennai for a Legal Executive. The Legal Executive will be responsible for preparing accurate legal documents, providing legal advice, maintaining a legal tracker and conveyancing, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations. The role will include liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address legal concerns impacting the organization and supporting the resolution of legal disputes when required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Advice to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
- Expertise in Legal Document Preparation for drafting, reviewing, and managing legal agreements and contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field is required. Membership in the Bar Council is an advantage.
- Previous experience in media or entertainment law will be an added advantage.
