Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Legal Executive based in Trivandrum, Kerala. The Legal Executive will oversee the preparation and review of legal documents, provide legal advice to resolve regulatory and compliance issues, and assist in property-related legal work. Responsibilities also include ensuring legal compliance in both operational practices and contracts, as well as working closely with internal teams to manage legal processes effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core legal disciplines, including Law and providing Legal Advice
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and drafting legal agreements
- Knowledge of Property Law and expertise in Conveyancing
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance processes
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from an accredited institution
- Previous experience in the legal domain, preferably in the corporate or fashion industry, is a plus
