Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Executive, based in Mumbai. The Legal Executive will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice, handling property law matters, and managing legal trackers and legal billing related activities. The role involves ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, coordinating with external legal counsel as necessary, and supporting the organization in its real estate and hospitality ventures.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Law
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Maintenance of Trackers / Dates
- Ability to provide sound Legal Advice on complex matters with a focus on real estate and hospitality
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) is required; LL.M or specialization in Property Law is a plus
- Prior experience in real estate and hospitality legal matters is preferred
