Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Executive located in Hyderabad. The Legal Executive will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice, handling property law matters, and managing conveyancing processes. The role involves ensuring legal compliance and safeguarding the company’s interests in all transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Law, including corporate and business laws
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and drafting legal agreements
- Experienced in providing sound Legal Advice to the organization on various matters
- Expertise in Property Law and related legal frameworks
- Proficiency in handling Conveyancing processes and property transactions
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; LLM is a plus
- Relevant work experience in a legal or corporate environment
