Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Legal Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Legal Executive will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documents, providing legal advice, handling property law matters, and managing conveyancing activities. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal regulations, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the company’s legal and corporate governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Legal principles, including general Law and Property Law
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Conveyancing
• Experience in providing sound Legal Advice and support to stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related discipline
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
• Familiarity with corporate governance and regulatory compliance is a plus
