Position: Legal AI Specialist

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50–$100/hour

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Author realistic legal prompts spanning doctrinal analysis, statutory interpretation, and regulatory compliance.
• Review and revise AI-generated responses for legal accuracy and logical rigor.
• Write high-quality human-authored “gold” responses for complex legal questions.
• Create controlled prompt variations to test differences in facts or legal framing.
• Evaluate outputs across different tones and instruction constraints.
• Identify model failure cases involving flawed reasoning or jurisdictional inaccuracies.
  
  

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Law degree (e.g., J.D., LL.B., or equivalent).
• 2+ years of professional work experience in legal practice or research.
• Active professional familiarity with legal systems in Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
• Strong understanding of local legal frameworks and procedural norms.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills in the target language.
