We are looking for an experienced Legal Council to support our growing business across regulatory, commercial, and operational legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory & Compliance
- Handle matters related to FSSAI regulations and food safety compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable food, retail, labor, and commercial laws
- Coordinate with external consultants, regulators, and internal stakeholders on compliance requirements
- Maintain licenses, registrations, renewals, and statutory documentation
Commercial & Real Estate Contracts
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, vendor contracts, lease agreements, and real estate documentation
- Support expansion activities through legal due diligence and contract management
- Work closely with business teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
QSR & Operational Legal Support
- Provide legal guidance on day-to-day operational matters within the QSR/food business ecosystem
- Assist in creating internal policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
- Support dispute resolution, notices, and legal documentation when required
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10 years of experience in legal and compliance roles
- Strong understanding of FSSAI regulations and food-related legal frameworks
- Experience handling real estate and commercial contracts
- Prior experience working with QSR, food-tech, retail, or consumer businesses is preferred
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
