We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to work at the intersection of venture capital, startup building, and cross-border (India–U.S.) legal strategy.
This is a high-ownership role working directly with founders and investors across portfolio companies.
What you’ll do:
- Drive venture financing & legal execution (SAFEs, equity, advisor agreements)
- Manage U.S. (Delaware & California) + India corporate structures & compliance
- Support M&A, investments, and strategic transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate key commercial agreements
- Work closely with leadership, founders, and external counsel
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in contracts, corporate law, and transactions
- Working knowledge of U.S. corporate law + India frameworks
- Exposure to fundraising / M&A / startup legal work
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
