Hiring – Advocate (Karnataka) | Solar Land Due Diligence & Liaisoning
We are looking for a Karnataka-based Advocate with hands-on experience in Solar Project Land Due Diligence and Title Verification.
Key Requirements:
✅ Strong knowledge of title search and legal due diligence for land proposed to be leased/acquired for solar power projects.</p>
✅ Thorough understanding of Karnataka land laws and solar-related regulatory requirements.</p>
✅ Experience in examining agricultural land records and revenue documents, including:

✅ Ability to liaise with local authorities, Revenue Department officials, Survey Department, Sub-Registrar Offices, Tahsildar Offices, and other government departments.</p>
✅ Capability to obtain certified copies of land records and coordinate field-level verification when required.
