It sits at the intersection of both — requiring someone who can think like a business development professional, operate with the precision of a legal coordinator, and build the kind of trust that makes both clients and lawyers keep coming back to Osettl.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lawyer Partner Identification & Engagement
Scout, evaluate, and onboard qualified legal professionals across jurisdictions Pan India — aligning their expertise to client mandates in debt recovery, enforcement, and insolvency proceedings.
2. Client & Partner Relationship Management
Serve as the central relationship owner between Osettl's clients and its lawyer partners — managing communications, escalations, and expectation alignment through Legodesk end-to-end.
3. Case Enablement & Document Flow
Ensure all case-critical materials — notices, pleadings, supporting documents, and client instructions — reach lawyer partners accurately, completely, and on time for every mandate.
4. Partnership Quality & Retention
Monitor the health of every active partnership — track performance, resolve friction on both sides, and ensure Osettl is the preferred platform both clients and lawyers choose to return to.
5. Network Expansion — Pan India
Strategically grow Osettl's lawyer partner network by geography, practice area, and tier — with a focus on states where debt recovery enforcement is high-volume and underserved.

What You Bring
- LLB or equivalent; legal ops, BD, or alliance management background preferred
- 3–6 years in partnerships, legal operations, legaltech, or legal BPO
- Working knowledge of SARFAESI, DRT, IBC, or Section 138 proceedings
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships simultaneously
- Fluency in English + Hindi; regional language proficiency is a clear advantage
- Existing lawyer network across multiple states is a strong differentiator
