We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Consultant to support the drafting and review of wills, powers of attorney (POA), and other legal documents. The ideal candidate will have experience working with international legal frameworks and possess strong knowledge of legal documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and finalize wills, powers of attorney (POA), and other legal documents in line with applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper structuring of all legal documents
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide appropriate legal guidance
- Assist in will registration processes and documentation submissions
- Conduct legal research and stay updated with relevant laws and regulatory changes
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive legal information with professionalism
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders where required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in drafting wills, POAs, and legal documentation
- Experience working with UAE legal frameworks is preferred
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and documentation standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
- Experience with DIFC or international will registration frameworks is an advantage
