Role Description
The Legal Consultant will provide expert legal advice, assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, preempt legal issues, and support the organization in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role involves close collaboration with various teams to mitigate risks and implement practical legal solutions for organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge on corporate legal requirements and regulatory frameworks
- Expert on IP, Patenting, Trademark, Copyright, Company Law and associated compliance
- Expert knowledge of Law and its application in various contexts
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and revising legal agreements
- Ability to analyze, prevent and resolve complex Legal Issues
- Proficiency in providing accurate and concise Legal Advice and Legal Assistance
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; postgraduate qualification is an advantage
