Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for a Legal Consultant. The Legal Consultant will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, preparing legal documents, assisting clients with legal matters, and analyzing complex legal issues. You will support dispute financing initiatives and help clients navigate legal challenges, ensuring compliance and organized case management. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will play a key part in driving positive outcomes for LegalPay’s clients.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law, with a focus on litigation and legal compliance
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and drafting of contracts, pleadings, and agreements
- Ability to analyze and address complex Legal Issues and deliver actionable Legal Advice
- Experience providing Legal Assistance and client-focused consultation
- Excellent research, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent, with Bar Council registration preferred
- 3+ Experience with disputes at a law firm or litigation finance company.
