- Support tax-related compliance work, including preparing records, tracking filings and deadlines, and coordinating with relevant tax authorities when required.
- Coordinate with lawyers, external company secretaries, tax advisors, and other professional advisors on legal and compliance matters.
- Organise contracts, track renewal dates and obligations, and coordinate internal reviews and approvals.
- Work with Nucleo’s product team to identify and document legal and compliance requirements relevant to product features and workflows.
- Help translate legal or regulatory requirements into clear internal notes, product requirements, and process documentation.
- Maintain compliance checklists, supporting documents, and approval records for Nucleo’s internal processes.
- Flag missing documents, upcoming deadlines, and potential process gaps to the appropriate internal owner.
- Support audits and internal reviews by gathering and organising requested records.
Qualifications and requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in corporate compliance, company-secretarial work, or a related role.
- A law degree (LLB) or relevant hands-on legal experience is preferred.
- Experience coordinating with tax authorities, lawyers, external company secretaries, or tax advisors is an advantage.
- Familiarity with corporate records, contracts, statutory documentation, and compliance tracking.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail, including the ability to explain requirements clearly to non-legal colleagues.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, document-management tools, and web-based software.
- Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
