Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and legal agreements
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Coordinate statutory filings, licence renewals, and regulatory submissions
• Support anti-bribery, AML, ethics, and whistleblower compliance frameworks
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
• Advise HR on labour law and employment compliance matters
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle and compliance tracking systems
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Expertise in multi-jurisdictional compliance management
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation
• Knowledge of corporate governance, labour laws, and data privacy regulations
• Ability to manage deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
Preferred:
• LLM in International Business Law, Corporate Law, or Compliance
• Experience with legal research databases like LexisNexis, Westlaw, SCC Online
• Exposure to data protection tools such as OneTrust
