Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal & Compliance Content Specialist based in Noida. In this role, you won't be practicing traditional law; instead, you will use your legal background to research laws, draft, and design high-quality training content, articles, and educational materials for our workforce and clients.
The ideal candidate has a sharp legal mind, exceptional writing skills, and a passion for translating dense statutory language into clear, digestible, and engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- In-Depth Legal Research: Monitor, track, and analyze evolving local, national, and global regulations, case law, and compliance standards relevant to our industry.
- Content Creation & Writing: Draft comprehensive training modules, playbooks, compliance guides, newsletters, and quick-reference toolkits.
- Instructional Translation: Translate dense legal jargon into plain, accessible language without losing regulatory accuracy or nuance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Instructional Designers, and the Product/HR teams to story-board and build interactive e-learning courses, scripts, and video content.
- Content Auditing: Regularly review and update existing training materials to ensure they reflect the most current legal requirements and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: LL.B or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in legal research, compliance management, instructional design, or legal journalism/publishing.
- Writing Excellence: A proven track record of writing clean, engaging, and highly organized professional content. (A portfolio or writing sample will be required).
- Analytical Clarity: Ability to rapidly synthesize complex legal topics (e.g., data privacy, anti-bribery, workplace harassment, or financial regulations) into structured takeaways.
