Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze transcripts to identify legal risks, and sensitive information.
- Ensure all transcripts are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- Provide clear, practical, and timely legal inputs and queries across departments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records and ensure readiness for weekly and monthly compliance reviews.
Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and intellectual property laws.
- High level of diligence with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong research orientation with the ability to stay updated on evolving legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Willingness to take ownership and commit to high work standards, including extended hours when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized and reputed university.
