Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate or similar position based in our Bengalore office. The role involves providing legal counsel, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations specific to IT, digital transformation, and security solutions. Additional responsibilities include advising on legal issues, supporting contract negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Legal Associate will contribute to safeguarding the company’s interests while supporting its transformative technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Law and Legal Consulting
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and handling Legal Issues
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to manage and review contracts, agreements, and compliance documents
- Familiarity with legal regulations and issues related to digital transformation and IT industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; LLM is an added advantage
- Prior experience in corporate or technology-related legal services is highly preferred
