Role Description
We are seeking a Legal Associate-Trainee for a full-time role based in Hyderabad. The candidate will assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, conducting legal research, and providing advisory support. Responsibilities include analyzing legal documents, maintaining compliance with regulations, and effectively communicating with clients to understand their unique business needs. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment while working closely with experienced legal professionals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Law, including contract drafting and compliance
- Experience with Legal Document Preparation and handling Legal Issues
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for reviewing contracts and identifying key factors
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and team members effectively
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (LLB or equivalent), with prior internship experience being advantageous
- Interest or experience in working with businesses across diverse sectors is a plus
