We invite applications for the position of Legal Associate with 2–4 years of experience in Trade Mark law and Intellectual Property practice.
Role Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Managing daily correspondences and communications,
• Drafting and preparing documents for Trade Mark prosecution and litigation,
• Providing advisory support on intellectual property issues, with a focus on statutory compliance,
• Ensuring strict adherence to statutory timelines, including timely filings and procedural responses within prescribed deadlines,
• Handling miscellaneous legal and administrative tasks to support the firm’s operations.
Candidate Requirements:
• LL.B. from a recognized institution; LL.M. in IP Law is an advantage.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Trade Mark practice.
• Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with IP litigation and registry procedures.
• Strong professional communication.
