Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, including lease agreements, purchase agreements, development agreements (DA), joint ventures (JV), and service contracts.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal standards and align with company policies.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on real estate laws, regulations, and case laws to support decision-making.
- Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations.
- Perform due diligence by reviewing title reports, zoning regulations, environmental assessments, and related documents.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal and compliance-related documentation.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to management and cross-functional teams on real estate matters.
- Conduct training sessions and offer guidance to staff to promote legal awareness and compliance.
