🚀 We’re Hiring: Legal Associate (with HR Functions)
We’re looking for a dynamic Legal Associate who can also support key HR functions, combining legal expertise with people management skills. If you enjoy working at the intersection of law and operations, this role is for you.

🕒 Experience: 0–2 years
LLB Degree is mandatory
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
Legal Functions:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements (vendor, client, NDAs, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Managing contract lifecycle and maintaining legal documentation
Assisting in dispute resolution and coordinating with external counsel
Supporting corporate legal and regulatory filings
HR Functions:
Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes
Handling employee documentation and maintaining HR records
Supporting implementation of HR policies and compliance (including POSH)
Managing employee engagement and communication initiatives
Coordinating performance tracking and HR operations
What We’re Looking For:
LL.B./LL.M. graduate
Strong drafting and communication skills
Interest in both legal and HR domains
Detail-oriented and proactive approach
