Job Title: Legal Associate (Civil Litigation & Corporate Law)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Associate to handle civil litigation, recovery matters, and corporate legal functions. The role requires strong execution capabilities, court exposure, and the ability to provide practical legal solutions aligned with business interests.
Key Responsibilities
1. Litigation Management
- Handle civil litigation matters including recovery suits and execution proceedings
- Attend hearings and represent the company in Delhi courts
- Coordinate with external advocates for cases in other cities
2. Recovery & Execution
- Drive recovery cases and ensure timely execution of court orders
- Follow up on decrees, settlements, and enforcement actions
3. Legal Drafting
- Draft legal notices, replies, pleadings, affidavits, and agreements
- Review and vet legal documents to safeguard company interests
4. Case Coordination
- Maintain case trackers and ensure timely updates
- Liaise with internal teams and external counsels for case progress
5. Legal Advisory
- Provide practical legal opinions on civil and corporate matters
- Suggest strategies to minimize legal risks and improve recoveries
6. Corporate Law Compliance
- Support corporate legal matters including contracts, documentation, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulatory requirements
Candidate Profile
- LLB from a recognized university
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil litigation and corporate law
- Strong exposure to Delhi courts is mandatory
- Good drafting and legal research skills
- Ability to independently manage cases and follow through on execution
- Strong coordination and communication skills
