Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Legal Associate at Village Wave. The Legal Associate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice on land development projects, and resolving legal issues. The individual will be expected to collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support decision-making processes through legal analysis and counsel.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation, with a strong ability to draft, review, and manage legal agreements and contracts
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret complex legal documents and identify potential risks
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey legal insights and collaborate across teams
- Experience with handling Legal Issues related to land development, including regulatory and compliance matters
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); additional certifications or qualifications in property or civil law are an advantage
- Prior experience in land development or real estate law is a plus
