Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Associate located in Mumbai. The Legal Associate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, addressing legal issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Daily tasks include providing legal advice, analyzing and interpreting legal information, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks. The role requires thorough knowledge of legal frameworks and strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Law and handling Legal Issues
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Research
- Excellent Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal Communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in real estate law and regulatory compliance is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
