Role Description
- Associate (Corporate Recovery Team)
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Candidate holding a minimum PQE of 3 + years in recovery matters/section 138 matters/experience at Lok Adalat/Sarfaesi Act/ DRT etc. will be preferred.
- To research, draft, review and file legal documents for matters pertaining to recovery before various Courts including Trial Courts, High Courts, and Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT).
- To represent in Corporate/Commercial Disputes including commercial, company matters, contractual, arbitration etc.
- To represent clients in white collar crimes and handle such matters independently.
- To conduct legal research and analysis and advise clients on legal strategies and potential outcomes as a Corporate Advisory.
- To collaborate with the team, clients, and attorneys, including senior counsel(s) and paralegals, to ensure seamless coordination.
- Case Management & co-ordinations.
- To maintain regular communication/reporting to/with clients, keeping them informed about case progress.
- Associate/Senior Associate (IP Litigation & Prosecution)
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Candidate holding a minimum PQE of 3+ years in IP Litigation & Prosecution will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Intellectual Property rights especially in TM Suits & Copyright matters will be preferred.
- To appear before various courts and forums and represent client
- To conduct legal research and analysis and advise clients on legal strategies and potential outcomes
- To research, draft, review and file legal documents for matters pertaining to infringement
- To maintain regular communication/reporting to/with clients, keeping them informed about case progress.
- Case management & coordination with local counsels
- Associate/Senior Associate (Data Privacy & Technology Compliance)
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Law graduate with 3-5 yearsโ PQE in the relevant field
- Advise on the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), GDPR, and other applicable privacy laws.
- Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs/DPIAs) and privacy risk assessments.
- Review data flows, user journeys, and technology platforms for privacy compliance.
- Draft and review privacy policies, consent notices, DPAs, SaaS agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Conduct vendor due diligence and advise on cross-border data transfers.
- Support privacy-by-design implementation for digital products and technology platforms.
- Associate (Dispute Resolution Team)
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Candidate holding a minimum PQE of 3+ years in general litigation will be preferred.
- Ability to interact independently with Senior Advocates for briefing.
- To Prepare Court documents/Case File/Case Briefs.
- To Independently handle court filings & appearances.
- To maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress.
- To be a part of Case file Management as per the SOP of the firm.
- Any other responsibility on a need basis
