Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Associate in Litigation Dept located in Hyderabad. The Jr Associate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documents. Daily responsibilities include maintaining hearing schedule, tracking notices, conducting legal research, analyzing legal issues, drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and providing legal support to the firm. The role requires strong communication with clients and internal teams to address and resolve legal matters effectively.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Law and expertise in handling Legal Issues
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and drafting contracts
- Excellent Analytical Skills and attention to detail in assessing legal matters
- Strong Management and Communication skills to liaise with clients, team members and third parties
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
- Advantageous: Familiarity with Taxation law and regulatory compliance
- Relevant experience in the legal domain and professional certifications are a plus
