Role Description
This full-time on-site role is located in the Pune District. As a Legal Associate, you will be responsible for preparing legal documents, providing advisory services on complex legal issues, assisting with litigation and crisis management, and supporting clients with regulatory compliance needs. The role also involves conducting legal research, drafting contracts, and collaborating with technology-focused clients on matters such as intellectual property protection and technology regulations.
Qualifications
- A strong foundation in Law and understanding of legal principles
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and handling various legal formalities
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess cases and legal implications effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client communication and legal documentation
- Familiarity with legal issues related to General Corporate, Tech Law, Data Privacy, and Technology Regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, client-centred environment
- Prior experience or strong interest in technology law or regulatory compliance is a plus
- Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) from a recognised institution, with 1 to 2 years of PQE
