Role OverviewWe are looking for a Legal Counsel who will be responsible for drafting and delivering high-quality legal documents for clients across various industries. This role focuses on execution—understanding client requirements and translating them into clear, practical, and legally sound documentation within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and customize legal documents for clients, including:
- NDAs, Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements
- Employment Contracts, Offer Letters, HR policies
- Basic commercial and operational agreements
- Understand client requirements and convert them into accurate legal documents
- Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining drafting quality
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, account managers) to clarify client needs
- Revise documents based on client feedback and iterations
- Maintain consistency and standardization across documents
- Manage multiple drafting assignments simultaneously
Key Skills & Competencies- Strong contract drafting and structuring skills
- Ability to understand business use-cases and reflect them in legal language
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle volume-based work
- Clear written communication skills (simple, precise, and practical drafting)
- Client-oriented mindset
Qualifications- LL.B. (mandatory)
- 2-5 years of experience in legal drafting (law firm, in-house, or freelance work)
- Prior experience in drafting client-facing documents preferred
