PKS Legal is a boutique law firm with an office in New Delhi, operating under the aegis of Advocate Parmod Kumar Sharma. The firm practices in civil, commercial and criminal litigation, as well as arbitration; however, its areas of practice are not limited to these fields.
About the Opportunity:
PKS Legal is looking to hire a Legal Associate with PQE of 0-2 years.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be expected to assist with diverse mandates at the firm, encompassing civil, commercial and criminal litigation as well as arbitration. The role will involve supporting all aspects of litigation including drafting, research, case management and client interaction across these core practice areas.

Qualifications:
- Candidates with prior experience in the aforementioned practice areas will be preferred;
- Proficiency in Drafting Legal Documents and Conducting Legal Research;
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills;
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) required (further qualifications or specializations are advantageous);
- Experience in a litigation law firm or similar environment is a plus;
- Candidate must be comfortable in commuting to office location after attending Court(s).
