Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Associate based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Legal Associate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, assessing legal issues, and supporting casework. The role also involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to address legal concerns and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Law and experience in handling Legal Issues
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and drafting
- Excellent Analytical Skills necessary for evaluating complex legal matters
- Effective Communication skills for interactions with clients and teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Relevant legal certifications or a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
- Experience in corporate or commercial law is a plus
- Strong ethical judgment and commitment to confidentiality
