Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Legal Associate role based in New Delhi. As a Legal Associate, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support for debt settlement and resolution. Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, analyzing cases, and addressing legal issues. Strong communication with clients and stakeholders will be an integral part of your day-to-day duties.
In addition, you will play an active role in client acquisition by identifying potential clients, engaging in outreach, building relationships, and contributing to the growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law, with in-depth knowledge of legal principles and processes.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and addressing Legal Issues effectively.
- Strong Analytical Skills for case analysis and strategy development.
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Experience in debt settlement or financial/legal services is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related field, with relevant certifications considered a plus.
