Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home arrangements. The Legal Associate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting comprehensive research, analyzing legal issues, and providing expert counsel to clients. Key responsibilities include reviewing contracts, handling case documents, collaborating with team members, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law and proficiency in handling Legal Issues.
- Proven experience in Legal Document Preparation, contract drafting, and case management.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for legal research and problem-solving.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and legal documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Knowledge of Indian legal systems and an understanding of corporate and regulatory compliance (preferred).
- BALLB, BBALLB, LLB degree or equivalent qualification along with relevant legal certifications.
