We are looking for a Litigation Associate with strong legal expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a unique blend of analytical, legal, and technical acumen to handle complex litigation matters involving intellectual property, regulatory, and commercial disputes, while also possessing skill & experience in corporate advisory and contract drafting.
Role & Responsibilities:-
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings such as plaints, written statements, rejoinders, applications, affidavits, and appeals.
- Representing clients and assisting seniors in proceedings before District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals and IP offices.
- Conducting legal research, case law analysis, and preparing briefs and notes for hearings.
- Coordinating with clients and internal teams for case strategy and updates.
- Managing filings, hearings, and compliance with procedural requirements.
Key Requirements:-
- 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in Litigation & Dispute Resolution.
- LL.B. from a reputed law school will be preferred.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with court appearances and litigation procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication and client-handling skills
