Role Description
The Legal Associate will be responsible for handling legal documentation, providing expert analysis of legal issues, conducting thorough case research, preparing case strategies, and supporting senior advocates in court proceedings. This is a full-time on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, where the associate will collaborate closely with clients and team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services. The role demands attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of legal principles.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation and expertise in Law, specifically in civil, criminal, matrimonial, and consumer cases
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including contracts, case summaries, and legal filings
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for researching and interpreting legal issues and developing case strategies
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and concise legal arguments and correspond effectively with clients
- Bar Council registration and a degree in law from a recognized institution
- Prior experience in court procedures and legal consultancy is preferred
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in legal practice
