We're looking for an experienced Legal Associate to join our growing legal team, supporting contracts, research, and compliance across the business with exposure to international clients and UAE laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Conduct legal research and provide practical insights
- Support compliance and risk management initiatives
- Handle legal matters across multiple business functions
- Collaborate with international clients and cross-functional teams
- Maintain accurate legal documentation and records, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding matters
What we're Looking for
- 5+ years of full-time legal experience
- Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
- Willingness to learn UAE laws and regulations
- Comfort working with international clients and cross-functional, cross-border teams
- Prior law firm experience is a plus
