Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Associate, based in Jaipur. The Legal Associate will be responsible for legal research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing counsel on legal matters, drafting agreements and contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Additional tasks may include analyzing cases, representing clients in legal proceedings, and collaborating with other team members to address legal issues efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB), with enrollment or membership in a recognized Bar Council along with BCI Qualification and 1-2 Years of experience in Litigation.
- Proficiency in Law and an understanding of legal principles and practices
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation, including agreements, contracts, and memorandum drafting
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and evaluate legal cases and interpret legislation
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills for effective client interaction and collaborative work
- Expertise or familiarity with addressing Legal Issues and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Attention to detail, time management abilities, and a client-focused approach
