Job Title: Legal Associate


Location: Pune

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: BA LLB / LLB (LLM preferred but not mandatory)


Role Overview-


We are looking for a proactive Legal Associate to support corporate, commercial, and compliance-related legal work. The role involves contract drafting, legal research, regulatory compliance, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external counsels.


Key Responsibilities-


Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts such as NDAs, MOUs, MSAs, Vendor Agreements, Service Agreements, Sale/Purchase Agreements


Supporting corporate legal and commercial transactions


Handling real estate documentation, due diligence, title verification, and RERA-related matters (if applicable)


Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions/advisories


Ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance (Companies Act, labour laws, data protection, etc.)


Coordinating with business, finance, compliance, and external legal counsels


Assisting in policy drafting, internal governance documentation, and compliance trackers


Supporting litigation matters by coordinating with advocates (where required)


Key Skills Required-


Strong contract drafting & review skills


Understanding of corporate & commercial laws


Basic exposure to compliance, governance, and regulatory frameworks


Good legal research and analytical abilities


Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills


Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks


Preferred Candidate Profile-


Experience in corporate law firm / in-house legal team


Exposure to real estate, compliance, or commercial contracts is an advantage


Willingness to work in a structured corporate/in-house legal environment


Candidates open to relocation to Pune (if applicable)
