At Credfix, we're building India's most customer-centric debt resolution platform and we're looking for a legal professional to join us in helping borrowers navigate their financial challenges with clarity and confidence.
📍 Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
🎓 Qualification: LL.B.
💼 Experience: 1–2 years (NBFC / Banking / Financial Services preferred)
💰 CTC: Based on experience
What you'll be doing:
→ Guiding customers on legal queries around debt recovery and financial disputes
→ Handling legal case support — notices, arbitration, and litigation coordination
→ Taking advisory calls and walking customers through available legal remedies
→ Coordinating with advocates and internal teams to drive case resolution
→ Ensuring compliance and a customer-first approach at every step
What we're looking for:
✔ Solid grasp of debt recovery laws, SARFAESI, arbitration, and litigation
✔ Prior experience in NBFCs, banks, or legal firms
✔ Strong communication skills comfortable on advisory calls
✔ Sharp drafting and problem-solving abilities
