Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Associate at Bekkam Legal Associates, located in Hyderabad. The Legal Associate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, analyzing cases, and presenting findings. Additional duties include providing legal counsel on various issues, communicating effectively with clients, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of law and expertise in handling legal issues
- Proven skills in legal document preparation and drafting legal agreements
- Ability to effectively analyze complex legal cases and apply logical reasoning
- Exceptional communication skills for client consultations and advocacy
- Proficiency in staying updated on regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in civil, corporate, property, family, or criminal law is an advantage
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) and a valid Bar Council registration
